Grace Note Communications was founded by Jim Follett, a marketing and communications specialist with nearly two decades of agency and in-house experience.
Jim has spent nearly two decades working in agency and in-house roles across the arts, financial services, home and lifestyle, technology, travel, insurance and consumer sectors. His experience spans marketing strategy, PR, digital advertising, social media, content, CRM, partnerships, audience development and commercial campaigns.
This combination of agency and in-house experience means Jim understands both sides of the relationship: the need for strong ideas and specialist advice, alongside the commercial realities, limited resources and internal pressures involved in delivering them.
